I do not advise anyone rude managers the quality of service is zero🤦♀️in the middle of the night we moved from the road to another kv because there are many disadvantages in this kv, but however in that one it is not better than the kv economy class, but they handed it over to us as comfort for 8500 and made discounts of 1000 🤭 7500, and they cost 6500 day managers themselves are muddled ok lan earned well done. In KV, the bed linen is damp , one towel is dirty, there is no toilet paper knife , the smell from the sewer for the whole KV is the most terrible thing that they did not react super 👍😄👏. We took off the kv at 9 pm , but we were not notified that the estimated time was before 7 pm. As a result , 1000 tenge was charged for an hour , this is their discount😄per day in such a kv mv they gave 8500 it 's not worth it . People go to the park house, everything is at the highest level, the staff is always polite, clean and cozy, the price corresponds to the quality of service, it's just that there were no quotas available that day. Witta House, your advertisement is your mask and it has come off. Change the staff, maybe the service will get better. Good luck

I do not recommend contacting this company if you need accounting documents. I rented an apartment on Fri in the evening, asked to make documents for reporting, they said OK, but on MON, since the accountant is on the weekend, I couldn't wait until MON, so we agreed that they would send scans by e-mail. As a result, there was silence on MON, I called, I got the feeling that they had stupidly forgotten about me, but then the most interesting thing happened. They write in TUE that the documents are ready, I duplicate the mail and wait again. And again, that's right, silence. I'm not joking anymore, I'm writing on arrival, where are my documents, they're ready, you wrote it yourself, so throw them off, but this time they decided not to answer me at all. I'm calling, they don't answer the phone. As a result, I turned to another of their offices, explained the situation, and exactly the same thing happened, no response, no documents. Now I can't report to the accounting department, I lived at my own expense. Neither I nor my colleagues will stay at Vita House anymore. Be vigilant, the company's employees are not adequate, they cannot do basic things. Well, do not reply to messages and do not pick up the phone, this is aerobatics.
