Excellent clinic! I recommend it for transplanting.
I had the operation on 04/07/2025. I REALLY LIKE the result so far, and I'll update the review in 10 months. Then there will be a detailed review.
I had my first face-to-face consultation at this clinic in December 2021 (this is not necessary, but I wanted to see everything with my eyes). Then I postponed the operation for a long time for various reasons, but mostly because I wanted to do it in the spring and not appear in public for at least 2 weeks after that and could not connect it with work.
Before the operation, I had consultations at two more clinics in the Russian Federation, but still stopped at this one. Recording for surgery is very convenient and fast. I bought tickets and waited. While I was waiting, I started reading reviews on relevant forums in the Russian Federation and here, and even had thoughts after the reviews to refuse, and I'm very glad that I didn't do it.
Treat all reviews critically, including mine. I admit that for some reason, someone's results were not good, but I was finally convinced when I saw the result with my own eyes from a friend, and then it turned out that he was doing exactly where I had planned. The final point in making the decision was google reviews and the results of two personal consultations (face-to-face and online before recording).
Now for the operation itself:
Firstly, Inna, a Russian-speaking curator and administrator, accompanied me all the time. After the appointment, I received recommendations on preparation and strictly followed them (what not to drink or eat, what to take for surgery). Just in case, I passed very detailed tests in the Russian Federation, although this is not required, because the clinic does its tests right before the operation anyway.
I arrived late the day before, met a man and had to wait 30 minutes while he gathered the group; we went down the elevator and the group left separately, and they put me alone in a Mercedes minibus and took me to the hotel (there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the car all the days of the trip - it infuriated me). The hotel is 7 minutes from the clinic, normal. I received the latest recommendations from my supervisor.
I couldn't have breakfast in the morning because of the tests. The same car picked me up on time and took me to the clinic.
At 8 a.m., a cheerful Inna met me, helped with Wi-Fi, took me to a blood donation, and there I immediately had a catheter inserted, which was removed only in the evening. While the analysis was being done (30 minutes) Inna talked about everything in detail and answered all the questions that I did not ask in WA before the trip. After that, they took me to the surgeon's office, where the trichologist also came - the control doctors.questions and a question about the desired line and the result, then marking the lines on the head first with a pencil, and after confirmation with a marker. At the exit, we were introduced to the doctors who directly performed the manipulations: 2 girls and the third was an assistant who appeared from time to time, but I don't know if she was there all the time.
After payment (cash / card and even crypt - whatever you like). Then everything is very fast - shaving your head, changing clothes (take very comfortable clothes, because you will lie down for a long time) and entering the operating room. An ordinary white room, an ordinary couch (not the most comfortable), everything is sterile and clean. They laid me on my stomach, the anesthesiologist sedated me, I swam, and the girls immediately started local anesthesia and surgery.
The whole operation is divided into 3 parts - collection by drilling (about 1.5 hours), opening channels (about an hour) and landing (forever!, but really 5 hours). There is no pain at all. Sedation has knocked me out several times. Visually, nothing is visible and it is better not to look at the surgical site. You need to lie down for a very long time and this lying is difficult, you need to accept it. The female surgeons talk to each other in Turkish throughout the operation, sing songs, and from time to time ask about the condition. About once every hour and a half, he asked for a minute break to get better and move a little. There is a lunch with a wild amount of salt. I was a little dizzy at lunch, but it's understandable. In the third part, I tried to listen to an audio book, but the discomfort was distracting and all I could think about was when it would end. We finished at 17.20.
They sealed the back of his head with ointment, did something like ozonation on the transplanted area (steam humidification), gave him pills and an inflatable bagel pillow. They helped me get dressed very quickly, took me by the hand into the car and drove me to the hotel.
I drank one painkiller. There was no pain at all - neither during the operation, nor after, nor in the morning. I rested and after an hour I was in a completely normal condition. In the morning, the car was picked up and taken to the clinic. Inna met me again, took me to wash my hair, there was discomfort when touching the donor area. The patches were removed, treated, and dried under a lamp. They gave me shampoo, foam, vitamins, ointments, spray, a bandage, a panama hat and sent me back by car (in my case, straight to the airport).
Sleeping was acceptable, but not ideal. There was swelling on my face from day 2, which went away on day 6. On day 6, all the crusts on the back of my head fell off. On the 8th day, almost all the crusts came off during washing and on the transplanted area, on the 9th they were completely removed. After 12 days, the visual appearance was acceptable. On the 14th day I went out to people - the redness is not strong, but it is and will be for a long time, of course you attract attention, but you look fine. It doesn't make much sense to wait 3 weeks before appearing in public - something doesn't change much from the second week.
Visually at the moment (16 days) everything is very smooth and beautiful. I recommended the clinic to friends and acquaintances who also need it. Now I'm waiting for the result.
To everyone who reads reviews on Yandex: the clinic is simply gorgeous! The service is excellent! Specialists provide the most understandable and accessible consultation and duplicate it in writing as a reminder. All the doctors and specialists who worked with me are as friendly as possible! The clinic performs several hair transplant operations every day. They also do plastic surgery, treat teeth and something else. There are patients from all over the world in the clinic, we managed to get to know and talk to several of them, everyone is happy. The transplant operation is completely painless. Doctors, being reinsured, consult on care several times, provide all the necessary cosmetics and medicines (included in the cost of procedures), a driver will be assigned to you in a new Mercedes minibus (very comfortable) even the driver always greets you with a sincere smile. A few days before the operation, I opened reviews on Yandex and was horrified. On the spot, I realized that the previously written comments were either very outdated, or the machinations of competitors. To be convincing, visit their website and look at the reviews left on the site, you will understand everything. And as a rule, satisfied people often forget to praise a good place, I know from my own experience. Inna's manager (or doctor) is just a wonderful person. She was present and met me at the clinic every day.
This is a terrible "clinic" whose results have been affecting my quality of life for more than a year. Unqualified specialists ruined my donor zone, cheated with the number of grafts, and the worst thing is they put my hair on my temples! a completely different hair structure that looks in different directions! It looks very strange! and they put very rare hair on top of me! these are scammers, I strongly do not recommend it! They lick me, but in fact they just cheated, some amateurs planted my hair in different directions, it's just terrible.
