Some doctors are highly-qualified, competent and simply professionals vut overall the system itself, especially medical check up system is poorly managed. There is consistency and waiting time is horrendous.
Don't even consider this clinic for testing a small child!!! When we entered the blood donation room, the nurse was unhappy that the child was so small (she spoke Uzbek, probably thinking that we would not understand. My daughter was one year and one month old.). Then I sat down with the child on a chair and when examining the veins, the nurse roughly and sharply grabbed the child by the handle, from which the daughter began to pull out her hand and cry, and the husband politely made a remark to be more careful in handling the child! After that, the medical worker threw the tourniquet on the table next to the chair and went to her desk, saying in a raised tone: "I will not take your tests, take the money and go to another clinic." To say that we were shocked is an understatement. But okay, we ignored it, you could say, we just politely asked that our child's blood be taken anyway. By the way, my comment that they should wash their hands before taking blood was ignored, and the medical staff probably doesn't have disposable gloves either! As a result, after our persuasions, the medical worker agreed to take blood after all, the child was laid on the children's couch and held together with two other nurses, for 3 minutes the medical worker could not get into the vein and stuck the needle back and forth, the child cried, screamed and rolled up, after which the husband said once: "If you can't get in, pull it out then." And the nurse started freaking out again, pulled out a needle, took off the tourniquet, threw everything, started yelling at my husband and me, again shouted several times to take the money and go to another clinic, that she had been working for 25 years and was doing great, and we prevented her from taking blood, even though we were silently holding the child... And just screams from scratch. I can't even remember what they didn't tell us, and they all screamed and eventually ran out of the office altogether. We don't understand what it was at all! This is the first time we have encountered such boorish behavior! As a result, they just tortured the child, and they also yelled at us more than once.
