I asked for an ultrasound, Tatyana Alexandrovna looked at it and said that nothing was visible because of the visceral fat in the cat, although 1.5 months later another veterinarian, Larisa Filatova, quietly gave her an ultrasound. We were prescribed treatment for pancreatitis (even before the results of the tests) and were told that according to the results of the tests, the treatment would need to be adjusted. I immediately bought everything that was prescribed and began to do everything according to the doctor's instructions. A few days later, after my reminder, the doctor wrote me an adjustment of treatment on whatsapp, I quote: "Sinulox 50 mg 1 tablet 2 times a day for 4 weeks" and no more comments on the drug, two weeks after I wrote to her that the cat vomits after taking the medicine and food and medicine Tatiana Alexandrovna replied to come to the reception. By this time, I had already realized that her qualifications were in question and began to search for information on the Synulox myself. I read on one of the forums that vomiting is a frequent side effect of the drug and it is necessary to give the medicine after the food is digested. The vomiting of food stopped and there was no need to go to VitaVet, I continued to give the cat medicine for all 28 days. At the end of the treatment, I realized that there was no special effect from the treatment and decided to change the veterinarian. At the Laky Dog clinic, Larisa Filatova immediately told me to take a video of my cat's vomiting attacks and it turned out that it was a cough.
Claims to Tatiana Alexandrovna's qualifications
1) The doctor missed an important symptom of a cat's cough. As a non-veterinarian, I confused vomiting with coughing (watch YouTube videos of cats coughing and you will understand how easy it is to confuse it with vomiting attacks if you are not a veterinarian), and the doctor did not even bother to make sure of the symptoms. As a result, on the recommendation of another veterinarian, an X-ray was performed almost 2 months later and bronchitis was detected, probably with an obstructive component. The treatment time was missed. I consider this to be an indisputable indicator of either Tatiana Alexandrovna's lack of qualifications or inattention.
2) When Sinulox was discharged, there were no comments on taking the drug, as a result, the cat vomited medicine many times and, accordingly, there were omissions in admission. And this should not be allowed, because bacteria develop antibiotic resistance and their effectiveness is either reduced or reduced to zero. Perhaps in the future this drug will no longer help my cat. I think that the doctor showed blatant disregard.
P.S. Naturally, my claims by the chief physician of the VitaVet clinic, Tatyana Alexandrovna, were not accepted, I left a complaint in the complaint book, but it is not even numbered or laced, just Filkin's diploma.

Plus, today, after all, before the death of the cat, trying to save it, we got to vitavet, where we were once again confirmed that there could not be any fat there. So how can you trust such a specialist? If he hadn't been too lazy to do something when we arrived with a small bump, the cat would have been alive.
