Yes, the building is a bit old, a major renovation would not hurt. Yes, the location is not very convenient, but in general - it's not as scary as some people paint. I did not encounter a negative attitude. The doctors listened attentively and answered all the questions of interest.
In the dining room, they feed acceptably, kefir three times a day and in the evening (of course, the interval between lunch and dinner could be increased - but this is a quibble).

Отделение на московском, запись на 10-15, врача нет, он на планерке (видимо на Б. Хмельницкого) , когда будет неизвестно. В приёмной в 10-30 ответили что планерка только закончилась. Следовательно главному врачу обсолютно плевать на пациентов.
