The car was purchased on February 23, 2022. We are going through the planned work exactly on time! But on February 3 (February 11, 2025), there was a breakdown in the car (warranty case), the specialist said, the car remains with us, because spare parts are not available, you need to order and wait. The next day, we received an SMS notification that the spare part had been ordered, and we will notify you as soon as it arrives. But today, as of April 4, 2025, spare parts are still out of stock, the car is in service, and for every call we make to the service, we are answered with delivery delayed for another month and a half!
What I can't understand is, in our country, has the law on consumer protection been repealed? Yes, they refer to logistics, so if logistics is to blame, I ask for proof. Deadlines are not rubber.
