I was at the service. Everything seems to be decent. Minus - they are not allowed in the service area. You can only find out what is happening to your car from the words of the master receiver.
A convenient place, you come and get like an exhibition-car dealership. There are few people, you can talk about everything calmly, look, touch, twist, try on, etc.
Neither when you buy, nor when you do not produce THAT. It sucks. It is better to pay extra to the dealer in Minsk.
PS. The staff is not very professional. There were three times and three joints. It was fixed in Minsk.
I contacted the Skoda department. The service is excellent. They accepted the car politely, on time, and immediately sent it for repair. I asked about the electrics. The master knows his job, what he is doing. The prices are reasonable.
