Three weeks ago, I came back from a business trip from China, I was worried about a cough. I came to the clinic with my passport in order to have a fluorography. I was rejected because it hadn't been another year since the fluorography I had done earlier. According to an employee of the X-ray room... "The way you want to do fluorography whenever you feel like it, like it used to be... so "the shop is already closed." Then I went to the toll booth to get a fluorography done for a fee. After the payment, they performed a fluorography without saying, "the shop is already closed." Is that the question???? Why do we need such free medicine??? It turns out that you can do fluorography once a year for free, and for a fee - at least every day, regardless of what complaints we have.
After rereading a bunch of reviews and collecting all my experience with this clinic, starting from the very opening, I can say one thing most doctors (with the exception of a couple of specialists)he does not know how to work with people from the word at all, and the most interesting thing is that it feels like they work there for free, they still owe them, I just know what salaries they receive, I will say one thing higher than most working in other fields in this city. There are no more than 4-6 hours at receptions! That is, the main work with people. You can hold your tongue for such salaries.
LNG SPECIALIST (AGED WOMAN WITH SHORT HAIR)BOORISH ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE PATIENT... SHE WAS VERY ANNOYED THAT I COULDN'T BLOW OUT AS MUCH AS HER COMPUTER REQUIRED, ACCUSED ME OF IT, IN THE END SHE SAID, "I'M GOING TO CALL SOMEWHERE NOW AND YOU WILL NEVER BE ACCEPTED HERE AGAIN! GO TO SV 2 POLYCLINIC AND DO IT FOR FREE!" OOPS...how's that? I PAID THE MONEY, THEY TALKED TO ME IN RAISED TONES, AND EVEN SENT ME .....) THE MANAGEMENT OF THE POLYCLINIC, WORK WITH THIS "SPECIALIST" ON THE ETHICS OF COMMUNICATION WITH PATIENTS!!!!!
