I would like to express my gratitude to the employees of the company, Alexander and Vladimir. We live 200 km from the village, both work with my husband and I could not come on the proposed day. The guys did well very patiently and always answered politely, although I called often, several times a day, until the day was agreed upon. I've never even heard a note of irritation. The establishment of borders went well, despite the overgrown and non-standard area, Vladimir answered all questions, explained everything. Only positive impressions remained.

I signed a contract for the performance of the work, within 25 working days, and that's it. The money was paid according to the contract and then silence. If you don't start calling and asking, no one will tell you anything. In general, those who have to deal with such an organization, I sympathize.

Having received permission to reconstruct the buildings, we applied to the design organization to order the project. And then it turned out that the land service had made a mistake at the time: our bathhouse is located 100m from the house, and on the plan it is located in the corner of the 0.025 ha plot. The plot is shared. The first application for the elimination of a technical error was written by us in August 2022. How many times we had to rewrite the application - we have already lost count. The land service- the village Council -a bundle of documents for Vitebsk city, the carousel repeats itself, it seems, endlessly. No one can tell you how to properly process the documents, they only know that it is wrong and they are regularly returned back. The mockery of people is complete!
