It was better before the renovation. I used to often go to this particular pharmacy. But with the advent of the electronic queue (which it would seem should have improved the quality of service), it got even worse. After taking the ticket, you will sit in line for it is not known how long, because people without a ticket get into the queue and the staff serves them, and you sit and wait.

Why are there no badges?About queues:it feels like the workers create them themselves, working like sleepy flies!
