Awesome It has changed for the better over the past year. And hockey has been raised to a whole new level. There are a few nuances left, and it will be the best sports organization in the Vitebsk region
The ice quality is very good) There is a rental of skates for both children and adults - also of good quality; the service is at a good level! All I would like to fix is the smell on the ground floor and on the rink itself (
It is very beautiful especially in the evening or at night when the figures are glowing

This will not be a review, but a whole story! The session is at 20:00. I'm looking for parking. I found it, I stopped by. Well, I parked in an empty space. Leave. The watchman comes down from the booth and says: "You got on the Subscriber seat." I explain that this is the first time here and I did not know about such places. What does he answer me: "So you should have stopped, got out and asked! And now you need to leave and check in again!" :) I was a little stunned, but I didn't do that, I just parked the car in the permitted place. I go up to him again and ask him how much parking costs. "Generally 1 hour!" he replies. But I didn't see the sign anywhere. Probably on a booth somewhere. And in the evening, there is no way to see it from the car. Let's move on. There is no cash register sign, signpost, etc., of course. We go in, we see the queue, we stand. We stood for about 5 minutes, then I notice that many people pay in cash. I think I'll come over and ask if the card is accepted. Of course NOT! There is no ATM in the building either! I flew across the street to withdraw money to the Mega shopping center. I came running, sweating all over. I'm getting back in line. Defended it. As a result, the spouse is no longer a size. I got hockey skates. No one gave me the check. I'm leaving a document for the deposit. My wife agreed to just sit, and I'll go for a ride with the baby. But I was told that since the baby is with her skates, then I need to go to the ticket office and buy a ticket. That is, only the baby understood me! And logic also told me that if you rent skates, then you don't need to pay for ice. It turns out that I have an ideal world in my head! That is, how to do it: you stand in line at the cashier's office. I took a ticket, then stand in line to take the skates. There are no skates, respectively. Go back and hand over your ticket. And vice versa, if you stand in line for skates, take skates, run to the ticket office for a ticket to go on the ice, but there are no tickets there, go back and hand over your skates! We did it like in the second case. I probably rent skates to run around the street in them. Why else would I pay for admission?! Include this cost in the cost of renting skates. So they work for two different cash registers. That's all! I do not know what the organizers are thinking about when selling tickets in this way. I get the impression of a well-organized "leftist" scheme. As a result, the wife came running all agitated. I'm already skating)) And my wife told me that the cashier responded to her indignation: "Actually, everyone already knows what to do and how to do it! And don't you see that it says there are no tickets!"On the cardboard, Carl, it says! Sovdep! There are no other words. I have not yet said about the disgusting quality of the ice, the large number of people on the rink, the limited time for skating (only three days a week for two sessions), the lack of age separation and other disadvantages. And this is the central skating rink of the city! I recommend that the tax service conduct an audit, and the management replace the staff.
"+" Convenient location. It's spacious.
"-" There is no way to observe the training process.
The cafe has become significantly more expensive after the upgrade...
Just for the fact that you can ride
There is no online booking when all establishments, even little-known ones, have a website for buying tickets, but there is not
And you have to wait until the cash register opens
And there is still no way to book skates, but you need to come an hour before skiing to rent them
This is a very cool place, everything is very neat, beautiful, washable, the skating rink is just excellent, shaping is very much recommended, everything is cheap, washable, neat, and most importantly effective.
I ADVISE YOU!!!
You can send your child to the section, go ice skating, sometimes a circus comes on the water.
In the absence of such places, the rating is 5.
But there is a lot to grow and what to improve!
There is a skate rental, an Ice bar (quite budget, but neat) with about 10 tables. Weddings are held, trade in the lobby (recently withered) Gym. The stands are standard. There are usually few fans at competitions. Parking lot behind the palace for long-term subscribers.
The employees and staff are on the level, but the preparation of the ice leaves much to be desired, you ride like on a washing board.I visit every week.
