When accepting the door, the key was inserted into the lock by the installers, the lock scrolled well, after the door had to be closed independently, there were problems with the lock. Within a month and a half, the castle came out of its standstill. After calling the organization, we were told that it was the weekend and the master would be on Tuesday, but on Tuesday no one called us back on our issue, we wrote to the girl whose number they gave us to throw off a video about how the castle looks, etc., she wrote that they would call us back the next day, the call is so We didn 't wait . I don't understand what this company is waiting for when I just don't get into the apartment and I have to spend the night on the street and call people to open my apartment, spoil the door for which I gave decent money?
