Convenient location- next to the Vitebsk hotel. A good range of shops and goods. Only at the beginning of 2025 did the Eliz store fail in terms of the availability of men's shirts of the right size, there were much more in Polotsk. In general, I recommend it.

The department store has changed a lot. And it has changed for the better, it has become like a shopping center, the lighting has been replaced with more modern, different boutiques have opened, which is also very good. Still, there would be a food court or a cafe there, and it would be generally wonderful.
