I went through three floors, yes, you can buy something, everything is divided into sections, roller shutters, but somehow it's a little poor, we have a department store in Mogilev with a much more assortment in departments. But who hasn't been there, maybe you can buy something. The sellers are polite.
And what surprised me more is the toilet, it's free, and very clean, neat, modern and paper and water, and wash your hands, special thanks.

The entire third floor or half of it is what remains of that Soviet department store: sellers with hairstyles and uniforms, a lot of hangers with a pile of things with dimensional signs and silence!!!)))

There is some kind of nervousness of sellers, I want more goodwill (by the way, thanks for the lack of obsession), I like the display of goods in the departments of women's and men's clothing, it is clear that the girls are trying, but in the department of children's clothing, apparently, marketers have their own vision for the presented assortment (the department has become tiny, but the display of goods is stupid). In general, it is unclear what is happening to the once good Vitebsk department store, and I really do not want it to turn into another "shopping area"....

When visiting Vitebsk, you were sure to find a lot of shopping there. There is a great lack of a large cosmetics department on the ground floor ((( and a large past department with bags.

I love the tableware and home textiles department, the women's clothing department, the cosmetics department - the sellers are just kind fairies, always ready to help. I am glad to see the appearance of new departments of underwear and knitwear - there is also something to see and buy.
Parking is often disappointing - it is too tiny, sometimes it is simply impossible to find a free place.
It's a pity that the dining room on the 4th floor was closed. She was very helpful and helped to save time. The food there was simple, but healthy and varied, and completely inexpensive.
It's great that there is an elevator and a modern bathroom.
