The oven stopped working, we turned to the Hephaestus company store, they did not have the necessary spare parts, and they said that we would not find them anywhere, only if on the Vitgaza website.We were contacted over the weekend, we were asked the right questions and picked up a suitable spare part, it was available.Taking advantage of the moment, we also ordered a cup with a lid.Thank you very much for treating our problem with attention and patience.I recommend it, responsible and decent people work here.

This is the best store in my life. I have never seen such responsive people. I was looking for a part for the stove, I traveled all over Belarus, it's good that the work allows. It seems that I will find the Hephaestus stove, but both in Vitebsk and Gomel and in Minsk and everywhere they said that there was none. I left a request in the online store here for pre-order and on the Hephaestus website (they wrote there that there is in stock). As a result, no one contacted Hephaestus about my purchase, but then they wrote that there were no such in stock and it was unlikely to be, I consulted with the local experts, they said that there were no analogues. I was already upset that I had to buy a new stove because of one comfort, and this is a stove for my mother, and this is sacred. We were already ready to buy a new stove, but then out of the blue... A message from vitgaz.by . We remember about you and, if you want, we will find a comfort, we will bring it. Well, they found it, they brought it. Everything is burning, everything is rustling. Mom is happy, and that's the main thing!!!

I ordered a glass shield for the gas stove, which is not equipped with a lid. I received the order quickly enough. The service is pleasant.
