I didn't like literally everything. Terrible hotel.
1. Location. Here, the booking page shows a point next to the metro, in fact, it is a 20-minute walk to the metro. It's OK to travel by taxi, but when you're waiting in one place, but in fact in another, it's unpleasant.
2. Price. First of all, it's too expensive for such a terrible place. Plus, the tourist fee is not included in the price, although it was included everywhere in all hotels and even apartments that we rented for this trip.
3. The condition of the room. We went into the room, it smelled terribly of some kind of dirt, mustiness, we were moved by a nice guy with glasses (the only normal person in this hotel). The other room smelled clean, BUT the walls were all stained, the bed linen was stained and gray instead of white, it was high time to replace it with a new one, the laminate was swollen and crumpled, the bathroom was just terrible, a dusty door, a hair on the wall, cracked tiles, a shower curtain with mold, well, it would cost a penny to change the curtain.
In general, the hotel requires renovation and proper cleaning. If it had been clean, all the messed-up stuff would have gone by the wayside.
4. Staff. Apart from the guy with glasses, the others were very unfriendly. We wanted to iron our clothes, there is no iron in the room. They asked at the reception, in the evening they said that they could give it to the cleaner, she would iron it, but we did not trust and the guy said that it would be possible to go down to iron it ourselves, but for the staff to stand nearby - no problem. But in the morning, the other guys at the reception have already said that it's for a fee - 30 thousand! sum.
What? Seriously? In short, we haven't ironed anything, it's outrageous.
5. Breakfast. It would be better if they did not exist and the price was cheaper. Breakfast is from 7 to 10, we arrived at 9, all the food was put there at 7, it's still cold. Breakfast is meager, sausages, eggs, tomato salad with cucumber, mini samsa, sweet yogurt, cakes. Well, in general, everything is kind of nondescript and cold ((

It's a good hotel, but...
the staff is very friendly and courteous, but many do not understand Russian and English.
The rooms are nice, but the Windows overlook the street, and there is noise half the night.
Excellent breakfasts, but if the gas is not turned off.
There is a shower in the room, but it is not working properly.
There is a washing machine, but for a fee and longer than promised.

Everything was cool, except for the moment when we left for the mountains one day, there was a three-hour train ahead, and then another road to the mountains. It was unclear when and where we would be able to buy water and food. We went downstairs 20 minutes before the start of breakfast (which is included in the room), and saw that the main snacks and fruits were ready and on the tables, but the hotel staff forbade me to take a piece of bread and an apple. Although I asked very much. Just like a human being. They left hungry. It seems like a trifle, but it was so insulting.
The room is cool. But the sheet turned out to be dirty, stained with chocolates or some kind of dessert. It is strange that it was not changed, since the rest of the room was clean. There is a feeling that just the hotel staff in a single case do such strange things. The general manager was friendly and it was obvious that he was trying very hard.
The hotel is in a very peaceful location, although in the center.

The hotel manager Asadbek is a cool guy. The hotel is normal for its price in the city center. Everything is minimalistic, but everything you need is there. The breakfast was delicious. Thanks!!!

The convenient location of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean, comfortable beds, good plumbing, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, kettle, dishes, tea, water.
Friendly staff.
The manager is a smiling, friendly young man, always ready to solve any issues.
Breakfast is included. European buffet. Varied and delicious.
After traveling around the country, we returned to this hotel.

A good hotel, reasonable prices, breakfast included (a simple hearty buffet) if booked directly. Service🔥 any situation is resolved immediately) The location is near the center, the rooms themselves are clean and bright, if I go to Tashkent again, I already know that we will stay with my family at this hotel. The only oddity is that there is a price list for stains on towels or on bed linen) I have not seen this anywhere)

The room is uncomfortable, cold, the TV was asked to be set up for 3 days, and they did not wait. The second towel (2 people lived in the room) was brought only on the last day. I'm too lazy to work. From the good: a comfortable bed, excellent breakfasts.

A normal hotel, although without food, the staff tries, a quiet place, relatively not far from everything. But there was an incident. We invited the guests and booked them a room. And there were BEDBUGS in this room! The number was changed, of course. I was ready to admit that, they say, Central Asia, the caravanserai, is part of the Silk Road. I was waiting for an explanation. But I did not wait for 2 days, and when I asked for compensation, I received a discount of less than $ 9. I think it's weird.

Check-in is fast . We booked through booking. The hotel is new, but there are already places where all sorts of little things fall out (shower in the bathroom, outlet screen) in small things, it does not affect the speed. The price tag is humane.
