A good place to walk along the canal. Children also have a place to play. A nice, cozy "Coffee House 22", suitable for visiting with children, for children's events (children's performances are regularly held) - on the corner of Lozhinskaya and Gorodetskaya streets.

A very nice modern residential complex. Warm and cozy apartments. Good layout. We rented an apartment in it for the New Year 2024 during a trip to Belarus. It also has a good Market, NEIGHBORS and other shops and cafes.

He lived in the complex for about six months. The infrastructure is excellent, the neighbors work until 2, you can buy groceries even if you arrive late. Beautiful LCD, good people, clean, tidy. There is a place to walk and relax. Parking in the courtyard is almost always occupied, but there is an opportunity to pack up on a large one near the neighbors, only a couple of times in winter I did not find a place near the complex. I wouldn't call it a tourist attraction, but the place is very good.

Perhaps the best cooperative in Minsk of those where we had to live. Everything is within walking distance, and a park with a pond, and a large Playground, shops, ateliers, etc.
