To say that it is terrible is to say nothing. Look at the Google maps reviews and you will understand everything. It looks super, nice staff, was a favorite store before the first purchase, bought a large dining table, tried to return it and problems started, the store refers that the return issues are not for them, support solves everything, and support just turns away and leaves the dialogue. It doesn't matter if you speak Turkish or English. The table is good, did not fit, sold for half price, bought a new one (not from them).
