The worst provider, 10 days can not solve the problem with the Internet. They shift the blame onto someone else, because they can't even come up with excuses for themselves and admit it.

Today 06.06.2023 at about 17:20 there was an Internet outage, when I called support, the girl did not finish listening to me, she hung up, I started calling back, but no one picked up the phone, there were just beeps, after I called again and then she answered and said: "I'm listening." I began to explain to her her behavior of communicating with clients, why they hung up without listening, to which she replied: "I got a call from Baikonurenergo, so I dropped it." Okay, the point is not even in it, lately you have some problems with the Internet. I have an online practice + diploma defense and when this happens, what should I do? I don't think the Institute cares about these problems and you can't prove to them that the Internet has disappeared because of Baikonurenergo.
