I applied to this center and, unfortunately, encountered an extremely unpleasant experience. The disgusting attitude and lack of human factor became a real disappointment for me.
1. There was no clear information about the necessary documents, which created additional difficulties.
2. When I submitted the documents for verification, I did not receive any response. As a result, 1.5 hours before applying for a visa, I was informed that the documents were not the right ones, and I had to redo the documents.
3. The staff was unable to provide an up-to-date list of required documents.
4. Mistakes were made during the registration process, and I was accused of them at the visa application center, although at the visa application center itself (where I applied for a visa) The rules and requirements are clearly stated.
5. As a result, I missed my turn due to incorrect fulfillment of conditions by the center (to which I applied). Fortunately, the employee of the visa application center was responsive and explained all the nuances to me, so I was able to re-submit the documents without payment (submission will take place on 03/28/2025).
6. As a result, I spent a lot of effort, time and money. In response to my displeasure, she only received rudeness.
Based on this experience, I strongly recommend reviewing the approach to customer service and improving the quality of services provided.

I applied for a Polish work visa without reading the reviews and was very sorry. They take 300 rubles in advance and return only 100.The bot is not working, it did not reach verification, then they said that the site was malfunctioning, then they also said something vague like android is old (I have android 14). It's impossible to get through to them, they don't respond well to messages. I asked for a contract, and they told me to search on the website. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! Waste time and lose money.

I don't advise anyone. I was doing a Polish work visa. I spent a month and a half. I haven't received a single message for a month. Don't waste your time, reach out to others.
