I would like to leave a very positive review about the work of the VizaProm company. I applied here because I am planning a trip to Europe in August-September and need a visa for 21 days. When communicating with the consultant, we decided that a Greek visa would be best suited, since there are difficulties with the rest of the appointment and you may not be in time for the required date. On April 26, a personal meeting was scheduled to discuss the details and conclude a contract. In personal communication with the consultant Julia, 1 more option was offered, an impersonal submission to Spain, after collecting the documents they submit everything themselves, they will only need to take fingerprints, they also promised to submit literally next week (with a waiting period of up to 45 days). I agreed almost without hesitation, because if anything, there would still be time to maneuver with another visa. I was immediately redirected to a consultant, Svetlana, who was engaged in checking and preparing my documents, as well as advising on records. Unfortunately, due to the May holidays or for some other reasons, Spain stopped giving slots for recording, as a result, the real submission took place only on May 28. Everything went as agreed, I came to take only prints, it took no more than 30 minutes. After the delivery, I was glad that everything started to turn around, and I began to expect a passport with a visa, expecting it no earlier than the end of June, or even mid-July. But what was my surprise when on Friday I received an SMS about the delivery of my passport on Monday, June 10! As a result, it took less than 2 weeks to issue a visa (not counting waiting for an appointment). The visa was given for the dates of the trip for 21 days. I would also like to mention the issue of financial integrity of the company's employees. The offer agreement is valid, joined, paid, and if there is a negative result at the exit, there is no refund in accordance with the legislation. But the Visa Prom company has a completely different approach - paying only for a positive result.
We were unlucky with this agency. We applied to Viza prom to get a visa for a child of 5 months old. We signed up at the Greek visa application center very quickly. We have sent detailed instructions on the documents. We were delighted and therefore fully trusted. But in vain.
On filing, it turned out that the notarized consent to leave (done according to their instructions) was not correct, the questionnaire was erroneous, and some documents were missing. Although all these documents are listed on the visa application center's website. But we trusted the "professionals". That's why I didn't even think to double-check everything myself...
in the end, we had to pay extra for a VIP lounge on the trail.a day to be able to correct the documents and not wait another month for a new entry. But it was important for me not to touch on all these nuances with recording, letters, control, so as not to miss anything in the mail. I was in another place, gloomy, crowded with extremely serious employees and tired customers. I ran away from there, which I'm very glad about. The documents were filled out without errors, collected too, except for a small nuance: one marriage certificate was missing, but, as they say, it was her own fault. They ask you to check for yourself, which is what everyone must do without fail.We had extra things with us just in case) But you can go out and print everything in Kupala, come back and bring it. During the work I can note:
- Significant staff turnover (three managers have changed).
- Long waiting for a response (there were cases when they answered the next day and only after being reminded of themselves).
- Errors in the questionnaire (they were redone THREE times, and still errors were found on the application).
- Absolute lack of competence (ignorance of the invitation requirements in my case).
- Zero interest in the final result.
I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided. Be prepared that the agency's area of responsibility ends with "catching" the window to the embassy/visa center, but does not extend in any way to thoughtful assistance to the client, and mistakes are the Viza Prom business card. Olga, the manager, said that the load is large, and errors are just a human factor. Although I sincerely do not understand how the human factor is related to outright inattention.
Viza Prom is a vivid example of when a bad service is covered with a tolerable wrapper. It is a pity that it was only after the conclusion of the contract that I found out that there had already been cases of negative cooperation with them among my acquaintances. I really hope that word of mouth will win, and people will not make mistakes by contacting such an unscrupulous contractor!

If you do not need a visa, money and nerves, feel free to contact this agency. For almost 1000 BYN, I received:
- errors in the documents
- an incompetent manager
- invitation with inactive numbers
- visa refusal, which is not surprising
All the information had to be extracted from the manager. I understand that the situation with visas and applications, especially with Poland, is tense, but I only found out about all the updates after I asked myself. We made mistakes in the questionnaire, the numbers in the invitation are inactive, and some numbers in the invitation, others in the questionnaire. When I refused, I received a comment "It's a pity that you didn't get into the consul's mood." This is some kind of kindergarten, I asked for concrete further actions, not for pity.
I understand that agencies of this kind do not give visas, but the grounds for obtaining them. Unfortunately, the service was performed extremely poorly.
After the refusal, I wanted to appeal, I pulled information from Alena's manager. To the direct question "which city should I go to appeal, Grodno or Minsk?" I was sent to Minsk, where I already found out that where we applied, we are filing an appeal there, in my case it is Grodno. As a result, another -1 day for a meaningless trip to Minsk. Well, as it turned out later, with my invitation, there is no point in appealing, there will still be a refusal.
For a week I tried to get a conversation with the management both through Instagram and through the manager himself, but no one gave me any contacts and they fed me breakfast that I would be recruited tomorrow. Of course, no one typed)

I used the service of this company Viza Prom. Namely, registration for a Polish work visa and preparation of documents for submission to the visa application center. The cost of services is 480 rubles (this is without an invitation). The record is Minsk. Viber promises to record within 4-10 weeks. Although the invoice agreement specifies a period of 120 days. Moreover, they take 340 rubles out of the total amount as a deposit. If you sign up yourself or go to other helpers, this amount will not be refunded.
Then a month of silence. Then once I was asked for an SMS code from the ISI and again silence. A week later, one code again. Then they give access to the telegram bot and say-drive in the code from the ISI yourself every hour, because we have a lot of clients and we can't cope. Well, OK... I set the alarm and every hour during the day I typed in the code. The next morning I managed to sign up.
But that's not all. When preparing the documents, they made gross mistakes in the questionnaire -they indicated a completely different employer, not from my job invitation. When I checked the questionnaire, I found this error. I wrote them in a telegram-in response with a grin-It's okay, we'll fix it. No excuse, no explanation. Well ok. The next day, I go to the visa application center and an employee tells me: "You have an error in the questionnaire." It turned out that the "helpers" from Viza Prom indicated the date of the trip, which did not coincide with the date of insurance. I had to pay for the reworking of the application form at the visa application center. I wrote about this incident to Viza Prom, and they told me-OK, we will refund the money if the questionnaire was incorrectly filled out. And they have been returning the money for more than a week.
Normal communication with you only before payment for services. Then that's it. You need to be reminded several times. And we don't know how long to wait for an answer. This is specifically about Manager Lara.

We decided to terminate the contract with this agency (by the way, the terms of service provision have already been violated). We started working with them at the end of October, and now it's the end of April - we haven't been offered a record. At first they offered to apply through the Italian visa center, we waited about 3-4 months (during this time there was the only offer to apply with a group tour for dates we didn't need), and when we got tired of waiting and said we wanted to stop working, it turned out that there were problems with recording through Italy. Why didn't you tell me right away, but you were stalling for time? Now the situation is the same with the Spanish visa application center, which we were offered to enroll in. We have prepared all the documents, spent time - the result is zero. Moreover, when we complained to the manager about our situation and said that we would terminate the contract, the company did not even try to speed up the process. No apologies, no help - just ignore and general answers. It is a pity that we have to deal with such a low level of service.
P.S. Let's see how this company will refund money for services not rendered on time.

Briefly - wasted nerves and time, poor service. We do not recommend it if you want to plan a trip, vacation and not go to anger management therapy.

My wife and I applied for a Spanish visa on January 16. The office consulted with the manager on which visa is better to open for the dates of the trip in May. We were offered a Spanish one, as "they will definitely give us an entry to the embassy before May." As a result, 3 months of waiting, no record at the end of April and this is just the beginning. Looking ahead, after we "took the money", another visa agency signed us up at the embassy in 5 days and not in the premium lounge! And now, keeping this information in mind, you know:
1. To our questions why everything is delayed, we were constantly offered to enroll in the premium lounge because "Spain began to give out fewer seats and mainly in the premium lounge" or change to an impersonal type of submission, which also meant paying extra. We were not aware of the presence of an impersonal type of submission at the very beginning. We were told about it only later and according to the manager, it turned out that it should have been faster. At the same time, we were told that the visa sphere is changeable, nothing is clear and in general we can rely only on statistics, but our words "you can wait a year like this" were answered "I do not deny that in a bad scenario it may be longer." That is, we were offered to pay extra for it is not clear what and it is possible to wait a year.
2. It was necessary to constantly beat out information from the manager, write to him and ask "how are you?", "is it normal that we have been waiting so long, maybe we need to change something?". When our contract ended, the manager simply ignored us, later referring to employment and working moments. I don't think it's worth explaining that this is ridiculous and unprofessional. At the same time, our friends had already had a conversation with the director of the company about this manager, the situation apparently has not been fixed. Yes, the manager offered to change the Spanish visa to a Greek one, but did it solve anything? At another visa agency, where we eventually received an entry, we were advised not to open a Greek one.
As a result, at the moment we were just totally disappointed and tired, because we lost 3 months, the vacation did not take place and the agency cannot even give us any adequate information. I'm not even talking about the fact that some people need to plan their holidays much in advance and coordinate the schedule with colleagues / management, and tickets and accommodation tend to become more expensive, which already means that we have lost money.
Turning to VizaProm, I want to emphasize the main point. The claim is not only about the fact that you could not record us. We partly understand that you cannot guarantee an entry after 5 days, a week, etc. But the problem is that against this background, our friends and acquaintances signed up at the Spanish Embassy at your place or at other visa centers, while we waited for our entry for 3 months and at the same time we received just the terrible support described above.
As their director replied in a client chat to a similar claim against their company: "We had no task not to sign you up." Definitely. But it seems that you didn't have a "task to write down" either. Alas, some people manage to work, while others do not. Then why are you offering the service?
