I have nothing to compare the Mogilev Visa Center with, since I had no previous experience. But I can't help but share my overall impression.
I came to the city of Mogilev for the first time 300 km from home. It was enough to walk through the streets and admire the food before the appointed time. A decent city. Beautiful architecture. A lake in the center of the city.
The staff is polite and competent.
There is a place to sit -benches. You can have coffee (there are several self-service coffee shops on the floor) There is a Belgazprombank ATM.
The man at the entrance at the reception is attractive. Before starting, I checked my passport and registration certificate as expected. It turned out to be overdue for me. Therefore, a note to you (checkmark)All certificates are valid no later than three months!!! Because of this mistake of mine, I had to go back to update the certificate and come back again. In my case, it's 300km round trip + 100p additional costs for the window at the wrong time. Yes, I was depressed is not the right word. But this is my experience. My mistake. And my responsibility.
The second time I arrived, two days later. The same man. He gave out a coupon with a number and
explained everything in an accessible way - what, where, where to pay. Everything is fast. In total, I spent about 30 minutes on everything about everything.of his time. That's how it is.
It's a disgusting place. Not only are the employees rude, they also blatantly lie.
It all started with a man at the entrance who gives out coupons, and sits with such a face as if you did not come to give in to a visa, but fell into his house.
The friend did not have a certificate of registration at the place of residence with her (although there was no information on the Bulgarian website about the need for this certificate) and she was immediately refused to accept documents at the stage of issuing the coupon, simply sending for a consultation in order to check the rest of the documents.
All attempts to somehow resolve the situation (send the certificate later, bring it directly to the embassy, replace it with another document) were rudely refused.
When asked to show a document that clearly stated that a certificate was needed, they first replied that they had an ORAL order and only when we left there we demanded a book of complaints and suggestions, they printed out some screenshot from the website of the visa application center, not even the Bulgarian embassy.
In the process of checking documents, they found fault with just every little thing (for example, the date says not 04, but 4 ...)
And all this in order for us to be deployed, without even being able to correct what they did not like, because they allegedly close at 2, although in fact they work until 4.
But the most the juice started later, when we called the embassy and were told that, firstly, only because of the lack of a certificate of registration at the place of residence, they HAD NO right NOT TO ACCEPT us. Secondly, it turned out that when calling the visa application center, the girl from the embassy was told that we were allegedly offered to fill out a form stating that we were familiar with the fact that we had an incomplete set of documents, and to give in to what we have. This is obviously a blatant lie, because even at the stage of issuing coupons, we were refused and when trying to find some kind of solution, they were only rude and offered nothing

pros: there are signs, there is a place to sit, I submitted all the documents in less than an hour
minuses: 1. some windows may simply not work for a while, that is, there are breaks between people, respectively, the waiting time increases
2. I had a fully completed questionnaire. as far as I know, it is NOT NECESSARY to write the mailbox of the inviting person for a guest Polish invitation. I was told what I needed. I replied that it was OK, I would redo it here at the visa application center. the employee said OK, but you will have to print it at a shopping center nearby. In the shopping center. that is, they can't print ONE leaflet for me at the visa center.......... Well, I had to cough up another 25 rubles. Well, we are rich, che. I don't mind the money 👍🏻
2. I was given a form to fill out with the address for the courier and I MYSELF said that I DID NOT NEED a SIM notification. to which they told me: I haven't asked you about paid services yet. do you think they asked me about them later?) No))) I'm great that I even said it myself.
3. I went to the checkout and what do you think… There was no one there. I asked: is the employee on a break? They told me to wait. Why should I wait? where does it say that an employee can leave his workplace???
in general, it's a complete nightmare and the attitude is terrible, the mood is of course spoiled after the visit (but there is not much choice where to get a visa, you have to endure
This visa application center has some kind of luck and Blessing and the people in it are very sincere, in general, like the city itself.I wish all people that this visa application center will bring them good luck). Before serving, I advise you to visit the Cathedral of the Three Saints in the city.
The staff is humane, the location is convenient (8 goes directly from the train station), the service is very fast.
The visa application center is located on the minus ground floor. The room is small, but everyone works quickly and smoothly. The procedure did not take much time, the insurance also passed unnoticed.
Excellent premises, well-coordinated work of professionals and a competent approach in allocating time for filing documents on the part of the organizers makes it possible for customers to pass through a lot.
Everything is done quickly, without waiting in line.
They accept the time, there is no crowd.
The only thing is that everyone is looking for an entrance to the center, it is not immediately possible to understand where to go.
Everything is working smoothly in the visa application center itself. But they sent the wrong address in the invitation to submit, they moved 4 years ago, and for some reason they did not bother to update the address in the invitation. The visa website works so abominably that there are suspicions that it is being done to trade places.
A small room on the minus ground floor of the business center. There are places to wait. A ticket with the queue number is issued at the reception.
The building of the business center at 11 Tchaikovsky Street is located a 15-minute bus ride from the railway station.
The room is very tiny but at the same time quite cozy, wonderful, competent staff, everything is done quickly and efficiently. Of the disadvantages, only the location of the business center itself.
Everything is clearly organized, the staff is very polite, you can get questions for all questions that arise, I work clearly and quickly. The most pleasant impressions remained.
Incompetence of a specialist. The Lithuanian spouse applied for a visa. And neither on the phone nor when submitting, I was not told how to write correctly, or at least what should be in the invitation letter. I listened to what the specialist said, so to speak, and at the end of 45 days of waiting, I was refused - with the wording incorrect display of information. So who filled out the questionnaire and accepted the application??and who should know how to do it right???but the visa application center is not responsible for anything.
Perhaps, when I was there, I was lucky: very polite and tactful employees of the visa center, quickly processed everything, pointed out mistakes in the questionnaire and showed the correct option.
A fairly good visa application center, I really liked the polite guy at the entrance, helped and prompted in everything. But the impressions were spoiled:
- imposition of paid services. I was confronted with the fact, they say, write your address, the courier will deliver the documents to you.
- sms about the readiness of the visa - five kopecks rubles.
- the work of the courier service. No one has said when exactly the visa will be delivered. Neither a day nor a time interval. I waited two days, I was nervous. The courier rang the bell in front of the door, when, of course, I had already left for the city center on business. It's good that we docked.
Recently, we did 3 visas here, very good and pleasant staff, there were a lot of people, but they waited in line for 10 minutes, everything went quickly, if there were questions, they helped to print documents on the spot
Everything is well organized, everything is clear, polite, professional. All necessary services are provided.
The waiting room is small.
The procedure took very little time.
I went to ask how to make an appointment to apply for a visa, the gatekeeper said "everything is written on the website" they did not let me go further.
Excellent, prompt service. Everything is in place, both the photo and the insurance. Fast submission of documents, even if there are a lot of applicants, and it is especially important that there is a live queue, if it is impossible to record on the site.
The service is good, the staff is friendly. The only thing is, I came at my own time and sat in line for 3 hours, since this queue was shared, and not according to the time that stood at registration
I applied for a visa at VFS global in Mogilev. We arrived from Minsk around 12 o'clock on Friday, left the center around 12.50.Quickly, efficiently. At the entrance to the center itself, the young man explained everything in an accessible way. The insurance is in the same place.According to the production time, the procedure takes 13 days. The courier delivered the passport to Minsk for 14 rubles. But the SMS about readiness did not arrive, so 4.
They block the site... to make an appointment for a visa. The website states that since March 31, recording via the website has been suspended. Let's go to the visa application center. They prove it to us there. That everything is fine with them. The site is working.... I understand that they cooperate with travel companies, and block the site so that people can get a visa through them.... A TERRIBLE CENTER... AND THE GUY WHO'S A CONSULTANT IS RUDE!!!!! Hide

The disgusting attitude of the staff towards people, in order to sign up for them, you need to do everything through the website, there are eternal mistakes with requests to contact them later, upon arrival at their office and requests for help with registration, they said to figure it out themselves and this is not their job
Everything is clear. Signed up. We came from Vitebsk. Half an hour and left with a visa. Nowadays it is difficult to find a similar service. A year ago, we skated 3 times in Grodno.
