I have something to compare it with - before visiting this center, I was served in Minsk. There was an appointment at 10:30, my turn came only at 12:30. Here is the record for 8:30, went to the window at 8:25.
The procedure for applying for a Polish visa took no more than 10 minutes, the staff (I had to interact with a security guard, a visa specialist and a cashier) is very friendly, works professionally. Maybe, of course, I was just lucky that day (and unlucky then in Minsk), but I have no complaints at all.

They applied for a visa on 12.09.23, the time was at 10.30, but they started earlier at about 9.50. In 20-30 minutes they had already done everything and left. Quickly, politely and without queues
After visiting the VFS Global visa application center, the impressions are very negative. Everything is sooo slow. There are 4-5 windows for accepting documents in Greece, and 2 for Lithuania.
At the first opportunity, the documents are wrapped (they were told in other visas.in the centers, you can adjust the questionnaire, if something is wrong, it's not scary) or pay extra and everything will be done "as it should".
If you choose to correct the documents yourself, then again stand at the end of the queue and wait for 2-3 hours again (that's how long you waited).
They impose services that are not needed (delivery, etc.). I tried to refuse, said that I would come and get my passport myself (it would be faster and I needed it promptly). They replied that it was impossible, just like that or goodbye.
Payment is only in cash (as far as I know, this is a violation of the law, especially since VFS is not an individual entrepreneur and has existed for a long time).
Then there were adventures with the courier company. They have "diarrhea, then scrofula." You can't influence them in any way, because their customer is a visa.the VFS Global center and the attitude towards me is appropriate (I am nothing to them, a visa payer.VFS center).
And they are not interested in the fact that they paid more than 3 times for delivery than regular delivery in Minsk. I called them a lot of times to make it faster, which is the way it should be. No, it was stretched for 3 days.
There is a clear impression that the VFS Global Visa Application Center is doing everything to 1)get the most money 2) make as many problems as possible for your customers.
Monitors with numbers are very often suspended, a message constantly pops up that closes the info to which number in which window. Then the system hung up and did not work for an hour and a half.
If possible, I will avoid them. Take care of yourself!!
The staff is polite and attentive. Everything is fast and clear. It took no more than 30 minutes from the entrance to the exit of the center, taking into account all additional operations.

The visa application center is located on the fifth floor of the Svetilovsky shopping center. To get there, if suddenly for the first time) I strongly advise you to try different routes, I liked it. There is something to do while waiting in line for submission, if you have come or arrived in advance. It is better to arrive at the time of registration, thereby saving your own and others' nerves.

As of now, you can sign up only when free dates are "thrown out" on Thursday and only for the next week. Ten more days to get a visa. According to the employees themselves, the requirements for documents in the Baranovichi Shopping Center are more stringent than if submitted in Minsk. For the second year in a row we are doing visas and for three years the most terrible service....last year my husband's father lost his passport. with ordered home delivery....They just didn't bring him....They sued, but they paid compensation without a trial!!
