I got my visa in 14 days. As I had flight during this 14 days I had to take my passport with me so when visa was ready I went back to Tashkent and BLS took my passport and said come after 5 hours. When I went back visa was ready. Staffs were polite and help with everything they could.
The location is not very convenient, the parking is small and always busy. The documents are sent from here to the Russian Federation, as there is no consulate in Uzbekistan. Accordingly, if you need a visa, it is worth submitting documents at least a month in advance, and preferably 45-50 days before the planned trip.
why do you need a website if it contains absolutely useless information? it turns out that in order to get complete up-to-date information, you need to call a number that you can't reach most of the day, ask everything thoroughly and spend WORKING hours on it (because they work from 9 to 16 o'clock, although in fact it seems to me from 11 to 14). and I also found out right at the time of submitting the application that, it turns out, they charge another 110 dollars in addition to the consular fee, and not the 30 +15 prescribed on the site, for a misinforming and sometimes not working website, only 9 waiting places, zero parking spaces, staff who are 2 hours late, a constantly busy contact number. Nice.
Very nice people working there
We made an appointment in advance and were accepted on time, and it took about 30 minutes to complete the paperwork.
At the same time, the staff explained if there were errors somewhere in the documents.
Visa application center services are expensive. Employees work slowly and inefficiently. They did not want to charge with a card, they asked to transfer part of it to a card.
I applied for a visa in early February, I can not say for sure about the qualifications of the staff (they answered all questions - "it is possible") I did not receive a visa as a result.
