But it can be done in a different way, before serving, you can stir a small saucepan with boiled water and bring it to a boil and it will feel like you have just boiled it. I would like to note separately about your recipe for lyulya kebab, lyulya kebab is tasteless, you have a Cook's waitress, I told her the recipe for lyulya kebab, which is of great value. According to the work of the waitresses, they confuse who is carrying what every day, because there is no clear link to the table, everything is carried in a row, one person can understand the order, three dishes are brought by three different people. And that's why the swan, the crab, and the pike didn't bring three dishes for one dinner. On the first day, we ate two dishes that had nothing to do with our table, and in the following days we realized that it was normal practice to carry other people's dishes to other tables.

We had a rest in New Athos for the New Year. The cafe was recommended at the hotel. Indeed, we have visited many establishments, but the food tastes best here. We ordered a lot of dishes, the portions are average, but very satisfying! I especially loved Kharcho soup!!! A separate plus is the staff. We were served most often by Cook, thanks to her we felt warmth, comfort and cordiality. This restaurant is quite a popular place, so sometimes there was a big influx of guests. The restaurant's receptionist always came up, apologized and warned that she would have to wait a bit. It's a small thing, but such attention to customers is very pleasant!!! I definitely recommend the cafe!
