One of the best establishments I've been to in Minsk. Of course, any company can have shoals, but it is here that it is as close as possible to excellent quality. The taste is excellent, the staff is very good, it is clear that they are engaged in it. The woman in the body left especially good impressions, her focus on the client is felt. Favorite shawarma in the city. A good selection of positions, always delicious ingredients and lots of meat. They twist it pretty well too. Polite staff, they cook quickly, although sometimes there are questions about their application. They don't charge for the whole of Minsk, but in the Malinovka area it's definitely worth a visit!

As soon as we opened, as usual, everything was cool! Now the comments are not taken into account, there are only onions and cabbage in the shawarma, they put little meat and potatoes that are declared in the shawarma! They've already called and complained. Uselessly. The previous office at this address, Lyubimova 17, existed for a long time, but they also slipped and these (Vk) came, and these will be closed at this rate. We won't come here anymore. They quickly deteriorated. It's a pity that underage employees ignore their superiors.

I wanted to order early so as not to waste time waiting in line. I downloaded the app - it doesn't open. I decided to go to the website and place an order there, because usually (usually!!!) there is no difference between the application and the site. The waiting time is 30 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes after the order, stood inside for another 10 minutes, went to the checkout, asked how to find out that the order was ready, I was told to look at the scoreboard. I say that I ordered it on the website. "Not in the app?" No, on the website. "Well, then I'll have to order again, because I don't have access to the site."
Excellent 🥰 There was no notification that it was impossible to place an order on the site. The application does not open. To stand waiting for 30 minutes? It's just wonderful!!

We bought a burger.
Not hot.
We started eating, everything fell apart on the second bite. I came back to ask for a fork at least... To which the cashier (or the receptionist) replied that they didn't have any forks. After my tone stopped being polite and after showing a photo of this masterpiece, they gave me a fork. Which in general did not save the situation. They even tried to wrap it in foil like a shawarma. No, it's not possible to eat. They didn't finish eating. It's cold, the cheese hasn't melted, the bun is like a loaf, everything falls out.
.. If there is anything delicious there, the staff's work leaves much to be desired.
Well, the displeased expression of the lady's face at the checkout is generally a separate respect.

I often bought it, sometimes it was delicious. Requests to remove the sauce or add ingredients were successfully ignored (as well as to pack the shawarma in foil from certain sellers). The same shawarma comes with different ingredients :)

The main thing: it is twisted well - everything is smooth and convenient to bite (not a roll of wallpaper), very tasty and a lot of meat.

It's very tasty, the shawarma is on top: we ordered it several times and each time, as if they were making it for a ruler!
It does not break through, the filling is evenly distributed, the meat and vegetables are quite harmonious in quantity, the sauce is super!

Once again, I am convinced of the complete lack of normal service. I ordered 2 envelopes in the appendix. The application has selected a run time of 30 minutes. As a result, no one even started making an order after these 30 minutes, and they began to give orders following mine, respectively, ordered later, and this despite the fact that the time for completing my order had expired. They answered my objective remarks "that 30 minutes is the minimum time for an order", it turns out that they can do both an hour and two and spend my time on this uncertainty is it ok?! This is not the first case, it's the same every time, it doesn't make any sense to order through the app for sure. Yes, and I think I will refuse to visit these institutions

Apparently, this company does not fully understand the seriousness of this situation, if a person had been poisoned, the consequences would have been completely different, but just returning the money seems to be the norm for them!
