Separately-fit food.which is balanced and designed for those who care about their health.
Helpful staff.
Vlad himself is a coach.and the owner of this sports complex works both in the gym area and in the group training room -he is in touch and sociable-which greatly pleases visitors.

I love this room, but I'm so sick of the boring music! It's like there are no other performers besides Miyagi. There are not enough sanitizers, or rather there are none in the gym, that is, you can't even handle the simulator after yourself and others, you've never seen some people spit on their hands and grab a barbell.
Otherwise, everything is fine, the simulators are repaired pretty quickly if they break down, there is everything you need.

There are a lot of strength simulators of different brands, everything is crowded in a relatively small hall, too cramped for such a cluster of equipment and people, especially when there are dark people in the evening. The economy level is a sad sight for those who are used to Moscow-level halls. There are no neck-shoulder pillows for classes at smith. There are no foot straps for buttock exercises. Stinks of sweat, poor air conditioning. Three stars are a stretch just for the large amount of equipment, which is also not new at all...Sad..:(

In short, I started going to this gym, because it is the only convenient location when you live in the "pokr kentron". The hall is weak, of course: small, crowded, everything is too close, pancakes are scattered around the hall and there are essentially very few of them, poor air conditioning of the hall, cameras in the locker rooms (it killed🤣), enough cons okay, although there are a lot of them) I will also say that the blocks are old and without specifying the weight🤦🏻♂️🤣

A good gym for reasonable money, spacious, all the necessary equipment is available. Of the minuses: you need to change the floor covering, now there are just mats that everyone is stumbling over, a video camera is installed in the locker room, in the women's room too? There are some insects in the shower that look like small moths, sometimes small children are unattended in the hall. And please paste the values of the weights on the blocks in the simulators.

Great gym. The location is perfect, there are many parking spaces in the area. Group workouts are super effective in losing weight , you are already minus 1-2 kg 🔥 The simulators are in excellent condition, the gym is clean, there are no queues for the simulators, the trainers are professionals and will definitely lead you to the desired result.

The hall is awesome in terms of equipment, obviously the best in Yerevan, but no one cleans up after themselves. For example, people leave 250kg on the bench press with their feet, and do not even think to clean up. If you ask them to remove it adequately without hitting them, they react inadequately. Moreover, even people in T-shirts with the Vlad Fitness logo do this. 🥲
I have seen more than once how poor girls are forced to disassemble a huge neck, which 100kg boars do not even bother to lift from the floor to the rack, let alone disassemble 🫠
