An unreliable carrier.
20 minutes before departure (!), the operator cancelled the reservation confirmed 14 hours before departure.
They give out more seats than there are, apparently, in case one of the passengers refuses to travel, so as not to lose the paid place.
Plus, the operator lied that the car broke down (I'm standing on the platform in front of the minibus, 20 minutes before departure, the driver invites me to board, and I got a call from the operator saying sorry, the flight was canceled, the car broke down). On 12.10.24we were traveling along the Mpnsk-Grodno route. Some kind of coffin truck came for us (you can't call it anything else), the stove in the car didn't work, we drove with the window ajar because the windows were fogged up, we were shaking from the cold for 3 hours. The driver was inexperienced, talking on the phone, the car was swerving from side to side.
I would never have thought that there are still such troughs in Belarus! This carrier is a disgrace to the country and spoils the impression of visitors!!! I do not recommend using the services of this carrier!
