They took it apart carefully and took it out. Two weeks later, they called, said that the sofa was ready, agreed on the day and time of delivery. They were brought in on time, brought into the apartment, and assembled. They gave an 18-month warranty. Spring blocks, foam rubber, upholstery, mechanisms were replaced and the frame was repaired. Everything is done very well, there is nothing to complain about. As a result, a completely new sofa turned out. What is not unimportant, they gave an installment payment for 3 months: 50% - after the delivery of the finished sofa, the remaining amount - for 2 months. I've been using it for 7 months now, I'm just thrilled, it seems like I would sleep forever on such a couch. Well done guys, keep it up!!!
