But I will not go to this salon anymore, thanks to the manager Olga, who has no customer orientation at all!
I will describe the situation: Olga aggressively "chastised" me (the client) during the procedure, for my delay of 10 minutes, which I warned about and apologized to the master when I came to the studio.
The master was sympathetic, but when Olga came, I was complained about for my, as it turned out, systematic delays, which did not exist! It's just that after moving the salon, I didn't immediately find the address.
Of course, such behavior on the part of the salon manager is UNACCEPTABLE!I will note that I am not serviced for free, the cost of eyelashes is not low!!! And this attitude towards the client shocked me!!!I'm not going back to this studio anymore! Moreover, the masters leave this salon after a change of leadership, and that means something.
