Then madame began to call me at 15:50, who answered my questions disgustingly and repeated like a parrot that the courier needed to go home and delivery from 16 to 21. I offered only one alternative, to postpone the order to the next day. I replied in her own words that the delivery was in the range from 16 to 21!!!! I shouldn't care if the courier wants to go home or not. Then I already suggested that she order Yandex delivery, since the courier wants to go home, and I WANT MY WATER!!! She pretended not to hear me and kept repeating that the delivery was from 16 to 21. She told me that you can leave a free comment in the chatbot. Did she use a chatbot at all? Are you aware that you can only choose the suggested options there? She absolutely did not work out my objections and did not even try to do anything to bring water to me on 11/29/2024 until 21 pm. Apparently she also wanted to go home and sit on a salary without sales. This problem has only arisen in the last couple of months. The company has absolutely no customer orientation. Conclusion: I'm tired of swearing. AND WHERE IS MY WATER??????????? NO one has called me back yet!!!! I will not pay for the lack of service either, and for the fact that the courier and the manager want to go home together, and not work.
