For example: I wrote in WhatsApp a question about where to leave a complaint, they did not answer anything, but a Girl called and said: "You scribbled a complaint on a whole sheet of paper in vacapa!! Listen to our reasons why we didn't deliver water to you yesterday and I don't know when we will deliver it today."
And after all this, I ordered water from another company and it was cheaper and the delivery was within half an hour, and the manager of Crystal Water called back 7 hours after that that they would bring it within an hour and when I informed them that I would not work with them anymore, the manager was very happy in the voice!!🙈 This is something strange
