We decided to return to the mall for lunch. This girl catches us at the entrance with tears, and says that the price is not right, the headphones cost 6000. I felt sorry for her, we decided to return the goods. Again, it took a very long time to issue a refund - there is no cash, it does not work on the card. As a result, we will have to wait 3 days for a refund due to her mistake. The manager is very rude, speaks little English. I don't understand if it's such a hoax or if they're just stupid. I decided to feel sorry for the girl, or I could just leave with the purchase. As a result, I got a problem and lost a lot of time. They didn't even apologize to us!
