I do not recommend rafting with this organization. Last year we participated in rafting on the Dvina River.
1) The instructor did not correctly calculate the number of kayaks. When we were there, two people (who were recorded) had to go home.
2) They didn't explain anything. I have experience in rafting, but we also had beginners. People themselves thought about how to row, turn, etc.
3) The instructor (apparently he is the owner) stayed far ahead with some friend of his, was not with the group at all. He did not contact us, and answered questions extremely reluctantly.
4) Apart from vests, no equipment was given out. When I asked for a hermetic bag or at least a bag, they refused me. As a result, my backpack was all soaked, which Victor just laughed at.
I give 2 stars for the lunch and the photographer, who were really good. Pilaf is delicious, there were also chairs, a canopy, etc. for relaxation.
It's good that now there are several alternative organizations, I advise you to raft with them.
