The store is not bad, as for the "store near the house". But it is not developing and is slowly being "displaced" by competitors opening nearby.

Sellers can't be much more polite, I visit a lot of shops, so there is something to compare with. Prices.. overpriced ones probably benefit because there are no such competitors nearby.
