The waterfall is small, near the road, behind the fence. Yandex incorrectly sets its coordinates, it is 100-200 meters down the road.
To the right of it there is a small picturesque grotto with a small waterfall.
You can look at the Ritz along with the observation deck, it doesn't make sense to go to it separately.
The road is worse than to the Ritsa itself, but it is quite passable for a passenger car.
Further down the road, blurred areas begin where there is no asphalt, and it is not at all uncomfortable to drive an SUV.

The waterfall is small, I was on an excursion, I probably wouldn't have gone myself. You can get water from it, in general, the water is not bad, I did not suffer after. The minus, as everywhere else, is people when you pour water into a bottle, and everyone around pulls their hands.
