The first time I was unlucky when ordering home - they brought not just warmed, hot croissants that turned into a fat flattened tortilla. How does it even come to mind to warm a puff! The second time I came by myself, I took pistachio and almond croissants to take away. I specifically clarified whether they were fresh or not, remembering previous experience, I asked not to warm them. As a result, I found out at home that they are completely inedible, the product is from the freezer, icy inside. This is some kind of mockery of cooking and the customer!
