It's a terrible place. I won't say anything about huge queues. There's a boor at the reception who doesn't want to work (they just sit their ass off), they insult and disrespect visitors. There are only two adequate doctors (who are not easy to get to), other doctors don't care about you and your complaints, the main thing is to fill out their paperwork. I have a severe surgery to remove a tumor in my neck, and I have another tumor behind my ear. One doctor sent for an MRI scan, another doctor said whatever you need, It was the same with the first tumor, only when I went to the hospital in critical condition they did an MRI scan, and immediately sent me to Minsk for surgery (because of the doctors, the tumor was very badly started, it was constantly growing, at the moment I stopped feeling my hands and I couldn't walk properly), but after the MRI scan, our doctors were immediately scared and their attitude towards me became much better. I suppose, because I'm still very young, I may not be treated with respect (but they talk to their parents in a completely different way, especially after talking to the head). So we have to fight for health, fight with doctors and with the registry, and almost all the good doctors are in the capital.
The attitude towards customers is simply terrible. As a polite and non-conflictual person, I have never encountered such an attitude from doctors, much less from a paid office …
I was at a reception at "Fedorenko Ivan Ivanovich" and I advise everyone to avoid his office …
