I came to the employee on 16.06 at 18:43. I asked to pack the painting, to which they told me: "I won't, I won't have time." I was trying to figure out why, because there were 17 minutes left. I was told that packing would take longer and the employee still needed to clean the room. I was offered to buy paper and pack it myself. This is very unprofessional and not nice to the client. The employee still had a worker, but she felt that her time was more expensive. I do not recommend visiting this store, because they do not appreciate customers and treat them as disrespectfully as possible.
