I absolutely do not advise buying and servicing from this dealer. Atlant-M is a monopolist in the Republic of Belarus for the maintenance of Cheri dealer cars and the prices for THAT are higher in terms of the cost of work than in Moscow. I have heard that dealers can give you SOMETHING, but then you will still have to do SOMETHING from them (so that the warranty does not disappear) and you will have to pay for disgusting service and overpriced in the future.
I passed somewhere in Atlant, the car itself is on the license plates of the Russian Federation and took it in Moscow. Tigo 8 pro Max, the car is 1.5 months old and the mileage is 2.4 thousand km. The price is 550 rubles. (If there is a crankcase protection, this is still + 45 rubles for withdrawal, the manager did not enter it for me because it was not in the initial calculation, for this I put 2 stars and not 1)
1. The cost of the work is overstated, I compare it with Moscow, the standard time is 1 hour 54 minutes, the car was returned an hour later. Although the camera shows that only one person is working with her.
2. The car is taken away and the steering wheel and seats are not wrapped in film. The camera shows that the master in gloves and overalls (with which he unscrews the nuts under the bottom) gets into your clean car. Grease stains were found on the seat.
3. The software in the machine has not been updated. The official dealer should at least have offered to update the software, I have 02.04. The current version is 02.06. I found it on arrival home.
4. There are many positive reviews about super coffee, but it is paid.
5. The spare tire was not checked, they wrote that there was no access, although there were a couple of fishing rods in the trunk. They could have called me to remove them, although they did not interfere.
That is, this is the simplest THING, and the jambs are a wagon, I don't even know how they checked everything, maybe they just ticked off.
Within the framework of this order, a claim will be drawn up within a month and sent to the antimonopoly service to verify Atlant-M in terms of overestimation of the cost or standard time of work.
