I went SOMEWHERE in Atlant, the car itself is on the license plates of the Russian Federation and took it in Moscow. Tigo 8 pro Max, the car is 1.5 months old and has a mileage of 2.4 thousand km. The price is 550 rubles. (If there is a crankcase protection, this is still + 45 rubles for withdrawal, the manager did not enter it for me because it was not in the initial calculation, for which I gave 2 stars and not 1)
1. The cost of the work is overstated, I compare it with Moscow, the standard time is 1 hour 54 minutes, the car was returned in an hour. Although the camera shows that only one person is working with it.
2. The car is taken away and the steering wheel and seats are not wrapped in foil. The camera shows that the master in gloves and overalls (with which he unscrews the nuts under the bottom) gets into your clean car. Greasy stains were found on the seat.
3. The software in the car has not been updated. The official dealer should at least have offered to update the software, I have 02.04. The current version is 02.06. I discovered it upon arrival home.
4. There are many positive reviews about super coffee, but it is paid.
5. The spare tire was not checked, they wrote that there was no access, although there were a couple of fishing rods in the trunk. They could have called me to remove them, even though they didn't interfere.
That is, this is the simplest THING, and the jambs are a car, I do not even know how they checked everything, maybe they just ticked the boxes.
UPD: additionally visited the service as part of the warranty, added 2 stars:
1 star for the fact that the service staff called me about the previous claim and tried to resolve the negative aspects.
2 stars for excellent and prompt assistance under warranty. I signed up the next day, fixed the problem in 40 minutes and immediately handed over the car.
I do not advise you to come here in a VW, the guys just "spin" the Lada. The service fell below the baseboard, the oil in the DSG box was changed by 60 thousand, the box twitched, suffered for 2 weeks, drove a car, spent a lot of money on a taxi, eventually changed again, made an adaptation and the box was cured. The mirror opens and doesn't open, they can't figure out what it is, they've smeared it and that's it, they can't do anything else.
The Bluetooth on the STANDARD radio is missing, the master is shaking his snot on his fist... We can't do anything, they've taken away access... The guy from the Internet returned the Bluetooth in 5 minutes and two pennies and more buns.
The highlight of our relationship with Atlant M was a visit to a tire repair, the wheels were all greased, dirty, and the glue from the old loads had not been cleaned. Although the website says "Thorough washing of disks". They refused to do the job efficiently and, as stated in the advertisement, they also cheated. Ala tire service "boys in the yard". That's how any nouname tire makes it cooler, cheaper, and faster. You guys have reformatted correctly - your level. Never set foot in here again.

Such a simple procedure as adjusting the headlights was launched to the edge both in time and quality..very long paperwork, long wait, although there are 0 people. There is no queue. In the process of adjustment, the PTFE plug was broken. Fortunately, there was glue and everything was resolved positively... The master is young and it is clear that he is not experienced.
