He took a lot of trouble with my car and with the computer, but the car went and I was able to drive home to Molodechno on my own. An outsider, whose duties did not include these jobs, put my car on wheels at the end of the working day and practically for free! And now the question is: can there be a bad service station where such people work? Many human thanks to this Man! This is not the first time I have contacted this service. The following situation turned out again. I verbally explained the approximate cause of the breakdown and the representative of this company said that he would call back for further repair actions. Several hours have passed and no call has been received. I called myself, and I didn't get a clear answer to the question why they didn't call me back. As a result, without even seeing the car, I was refused repair for an unknown reason.
After visiting the director, I realized that he and his staff were scammers, thieves and deceivers who had ruined my car, replaced the Webasto, and deleted a video recording of expensive repairs unrelated to Webasto.
I liked the car dealership. Alexey, the sales consultant, explained everything in an accessible way and we bought a Volkswagen instead of a Renault 😀😉
