A good mini-hotel, a spacious room, the price corresponds to the quality. Opposite the hotel there is a very tasty cafe, we sat down and ate! A friendly hostess. I liked everything very much
An amazing hotel!!!!! Very stylish and comfortable room!!! Everything is very clean and beautiful!!! Everything is in the room!!!! Friendly people are everywhere, both in the hotel and in the city!!! The rest was a success!!!!! I recommend this hotel!!! We rested from 27.07 to 06.08.22. 6 minutes to the sea. The sea is the purest!!!!! Cleaned often!!! I liked everything about this hotel!!!!!!! Thanks!!!!!! 🔆🔆🔆👍💯💯💯 The dining room near the hotel,,, super is not expensive and sooo delicious!!!!
Nice hotel. Secure parking. The only place in Abkhazia where you can not close the car. There are cafes and shops nearby. In the cafe opposite, I do not recommend taking pancakes, they are liquid :D. The room itself is nice, but friends from the first floor complained about insects. We had no such problems on the 3rd floor. The price-quality ratio is a good place. A pleasant bonus was the opportunity to go to a more expensive Hotel by the sea where there is a pool with lighting and free sun loungers by the sea. A good choice!
Comfortable room: there is air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, mugs and plates, large wardrobe, TV. The room is clean, cleaned every two days, bed linen is changed every 4 days. Shower towels and beach towels are provided.
There are parking spaces in front of the hotel.
the sea is 10 minutes away at a calm pace.
I really liked that they give a pass to the superior hotel Vila Victoria on the seashore, you can use the sun beds on the sea, the pool.
In another hotel, you can take breakfast and dinner for 600 rubles for two, lunch 500 rubles per person. The food is delicious, the breakfast is hearty.
The drain in the shower was clogged, the water was leaving badly, and apparently that's why the water was leaking onto the floor.
The lights were turned off for a couple of days, but it was all over Gudauta, so you can't use water.
I have good impressions, I would like to come back again. There are cafes, a dining room, shops near the hotel, and a market nearby. There is a nice veranda restaurant on the beach. Gudauta is a quiet town, there is not much place to go. There are no such embankments as in Sukhum or Gagra. A great place for a quiet relaxing holiday.
We had a rest at the end of September. We got a room on the ground floor next to the reception desk. At night, the guard turned on the TV so loudly that it was impossible to sleep. As a result, every day I had to ask him to turn it down, and he, twisting his face, reluctantly agreed. The receptionist said she would ask him to turn down the volume, but either she ignored this moment, or the guard ignored her request. There was a smell of dampness in the room, regular ventilation did not really save the situation. Next to the hotel (the neighboring building) there is an office of a funeral organization, on which there is a large inscription: "ottoman with a cape." Periodically, the electricity went out in the hotel.
One of the advantages: it was possible to pay for breakfast and lunch at another hotel for a small cost (100-150 rubles). The sea is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
How can you give this hotel 5 stars, there is no service even for Abkhazia, they cleaned the room only twice in 12 days and then cleaned the second time at our request, besides this constant blackout is simply unbearable! We checked in at one o'clock in the morning and there was no water or light until 9 a.m., but we are off the road and we have two children. When the light is turned off, you can't even go to the toilet because when the light is turned off, there is no water. This is very unpleasant and, accordingly, the air conditioner does not work either, it is stuffy. And in room 3 (I don't recommend it to anyone at all), the view from the window to the wall of a destroyed building and terrible humidity. Nowhere else is it indicated that funeral services are located across the wall from the hotel... You leave the hotel and go to the sea, and in front of your eyes crosses and coffins on vacation are not very pleasant to watch all this. The staff did not treat our requests very well, especially when there are two young girls who are constantly on the phone when contacting them to give them a second sheet to share the bed with the children, to which we were given the answer that they cannot solve this issue (why are they sitting there then?) The garbage was taken out of the room by themselves, towels are changed only on request, and it's not worth talking about soap and shower gel, we bought everything ourselves. I have something to compare it with and this is not a biased review. If a hotel claims 5 stars in reviews, then it needs to change a lot in service and in relation to guests.
A very cozy mini-hotel, the rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is friendly, you can buy fresh delicious buns in the morning on the opposite side, there is a cafe-dining room around the corner, 5-7 minutes to the sea
The hotel is located near the sea, literally 10 minutes. Along the way there is a wonderful cafe "balcony", near the market, bus stop. The rooms are cozy, modern and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The receptionist is a polite and friendly girl, will answer all questions))
Cozy rooms, friendly staff. Convenient location : 5 minutes walk to the sea, 7 minutes to the market, 1 minute to the cafe. We are very satisfied with the rest.
