We were at the Volna camp for the first time, 3rd shift summer 2024, QUEST CAMP PREMIUM package. Of all this premium accommodation package, only the PRICE! Nothing else. The child said she would never come here again. Three or four squads live in the houses, 9 people in each room. There are two showers for the whole house! In the evening, the children stood in line to wash for several hours. It's just terrible! There is no air conditioning in the rooms, the windows are closed at night, as a result, children have nothing to breathe, it is impossible to sleep! It is unclear where the management is looking!!! Some counselors shout at children in a way that makes them scared. Some of the children's belongings were missing. I don't know about anyone, but my child went hungry all the time, the portions of food are small. The vaunted 5 meals a day is just a puff here. Several times my child had a headache in the evening, she was taken to the medical center, where they gave her a pill. No one considered it necessary to inform the parents about this, and they did not tell which drug was given. To sum up, there are more negative emotions from this camp than positive ones. It's clearly time to send a good check in all directions to such a camp)
Me: The camp is very good. My friend liked it very much.
Friend: We wanted to leave, but the beads fixed everything.
I: the dining room is more or less normal, you can ask for an additive. Director Arseny Vladimirovich is very cool. The Administration is very Cool. the counselor is just super there is nowhere better than the quest Camp premium I really liked it, but there is one piece of advice that phones are distributed for very little time. I liked it very much. And my friend, of course. Oksana Sergeevna, we love you very much.
The camp is normal, but the counselors sometimes shout just like that, and in general there are a lot of people resting in the camp, then why is the slide so small? They force you to participate in competitions, in relay races, even if you don 't want to. In the morning, they just drive them outside and don't let them into the building, you can't even drink water, they say to go to the gym, but there is no water at all
The most terrible camp I've been to.
The food is terrible. The food is constantly over-salted, they save on food, cutlets are not made from meat, but from breadcrumbs.
Counselors have a very negative attitude towards everyone except their squad.
We were supposed to have a gift, but because we were 2 minutes late, it was canceled.
I was going to the tents. They had not been cleaned before our arrival. There was a lot of dirt under the beds. They found a rotten apple, some things, a used toilet. The showers are not divided into male and female.
Medical care is also at the "highest level". The girl became allergic to the rusty water that pours from the shower, to which the nurse replied: "What should we do?".
In short, it totally sucks
A great camp, my son rested in 2023 for 3 shifts. Before that, he went to Horizon for 2 years, but he liked it more in the wave: both in terms of food and leisure. We had trips with an additional program every year. They even took me to the water park in the wave. We wanted to book this year too, but we were a couple of days late. All the places were dismantled in a week 😔
Disgusting counselors are children. How children are kept in a concentration camp and are not allowed to call their parents, referring to the rules. The child was taken away prematurely with a nervous breakdown.
A small, cozy children's camp. My son has been at QUEST CAMP for the second year in a row and he really likes it! Forest, clean air and great company - what else is needed for summer!!!)
The camp is super!!! Love forever - 5 years only Wave!!! Fun, creative, friendly!!! The administration is an excellent professional in their field. Counselors are always in touch with their parents
Before there was no quest camp, everything was fine! But with the advent of the "improved" version of staying at the camp, I was disappointed. The buildings were made for a different program, there are much fewer vouchers and places in a regular camp, if you are 13 you will definitely go only to the quest camp, without the possibility of choice.
The camp you go to 5 times is so disappointing. When there are no regular vouchers left, and by age you no longer get into the quest camp. Despite the age of the camp and any small disadvantages, the squads and the cool atmosphere of the camp were always pleasing. Wonderful counselors who are always on the wave with children. Events and organization, at the highest level. But due to the quest camp, the places have decreased, so many people will not be able to get in. Although new acquaintances were formed there, some already travel with their own companies.
The improvement of the camp did not benefit
I love this camp, I've been there three times already.Every year they try to do everything possible to make it comfortable.
Thanks for all the wonderful shifts. Just don't let them drive us outside during the inspection anymore😭
The terrible attitude of counselors towards children, they say things like it's IC, the pool doesn't work, drinking water may not be available, and this is taking into account the fact that the Premium is paid I will not send a child to this charity house any more and I do not advise anyone☝️
There was no pool last year and there was no pool this year either.I was upset because I was only going for the pool.but there were cool counselors. but I would like to stay in the rooms during the check.
Good staff, fresh air, quests, activities are very interesting and exciting for children of different ages! Intelligent directors, culturally and carefully!
I've been to this camp three times, in principle I liked it, but there were some nuances:
1. Complete unsanitary conditions. There is a very large accumulation of ants in the shelves. I'm generally silent in the bathroom. Moreover, the sanitary inspection station arrives and they don't seem to notice it.
2. This year there was and many children did not like the fact that there was a division into premium, standard and regular camp (I was in the usual one) And the attitude towards children was different.
3. The food is so-so. In some camps it is cheaper, the food is better.
4. A separate item. Why do you THROW children out on the field when the inspection arrives? It's incredibly hot there, and you can't go to the building to get water, because there's a check.
In general, this camp is good, I adapt quickly and find friends quickly. There are many activities, events, and clubs, both paid and free. I really liked it.
The photo shows the beds in the Volna camp
All three of my friends rested several times and liked everything. Now you can pay a little extra and generally VIP and room and program. Although they are old, they can…
I was in this camp, I didn't like it because the irresponsible counselors can't even take me to the medical center when it gets bad, they yell at the children, scold them for a little oversight, they don't let me walk further than 1 meter from the building. There are also children with mental disabilities in this camp, are you there at all checking children for any mental abnormalities or not?
I went to this camp for 6 years in a row))) from 9 to 15 years old. I've always asked for more than one shift! It's very cool to remember those days))) I'm 33 now. and I want to go there again)))))
I have been working in it for 4 years. I hope that I will go this year too. I already feel "at home" here. A very pleasant , tactful camp commander .Our constant, wonderful team is a shift in the dining room.
A very bad camp, the administration is not adequate people. The older children do not look after the children, extort money from the younger ones, smoke around the corner.
