The service is terrible. The delivery is being canceled. The courier called 30 minutes before arrival, requesting a fee not only for delivery, but also for taking the elevator (the delivery was free, the lift too, everything was agreed in advance). The payment method was changed without my knowledge.
I had to call the manager in a hurry and wait for him to decide everything.
Wasted nerves, time. The pleasure of shopping is ruined.

Terrible service! I made an order via Instagram. The delivery was constantly postponed. They promised within 10 days. It's been about three weeks. As a result, my messages were simply ignored, despite the fact that other accounts were answered (I specifically checked).
I got through to the phone number on the website. They promised to sort it out and call me back. So no one called back. Calls from my number were not answered.
Why would you do that?
If there is no product, warn us, or offer another one. Your task is to sell, earn!
It is necessary not only for the buyer!
