Pros: courteous staff As a minus: I entered the room, followed by two more (I was the first), but everywhere there are ozone signs and one girl is sitting, there is no one at the second counter. I give up my turn and wait for the person from voltra. It turned out to be the same person. Intuitively, this is not entirely clear. I would like more substantive distinctions.
