This is a favorite of those hotels where we were in Turkey. The territory is very huge, beautiful, you can walk endlessly, the beach is just wonderful and the pier is our love. The rooms are huge, cozy and very comfortable. The polite staff, photographer Redvan conquered us with his energy, his son Vadim remembers him and would like to see him again. The food is excellent plus 3 kg to our figures. We will definitely come back here again...

Nice hotel! We had a rest at the end of May 2022. The territory is large, very beautiful and well maintained. The service is 5 +++ The attitude towards Russians is good, the same as towards Germans. No one offended. The waiters and staff are very attentive and friendly, polite. I didn't find any disadvantages. You can get used to a large area. A pier on the sea with a SUPERRR bar!!!! Who writes bad reviews, do not pay attention! The food was delicious and we didn't stay hungry. There really was no seafood. But now there is a crisis everywhere!!!! A five-star Hostel or a time-dead five...!!! 10-15 years ago it was a really cool hotel in every way...!!!
I'll make a reservation right away that it was a great vacation overall and Excellent (one of the best hotels in this category in Turkey if not for one HUGE BUT...!!! The Suite room in which we were accommodated is the most expensive type of rooms in this hotel, in my opinion there are only 10-12 such rooms in the whole hotel, and the hotel is very large, it actually consists of 4 hotels, two detached buildings and two territories of separate villas, on a very large territory, this is Vonresort Elite/Golden Coast/Golden Beach/Abant.
I have not seen such rooms even in three-star hotels in regional cities, the renovation was disgusting, it was clearly not done by Turks... garlic is disgusting...! We thought that we had been specially given such a murdered room and went down to the floor at the bottom, the picture was the same ...! In the Standard room next to us it was even worse ...!!! I will attach a photo of this horror, you will immediately understand for yourself that this is the state of the most expensive type of rooms in this Hostel ...

We are resting for the third time in this hotel. I agree that the hotel is solid 4**** , but there were also in the 5th ***** , which I do not want to return to. Here is the best vacation with children.
The rooms are cleaned regularly, the water in the pool is clean, checked (I saw it with my own eyes) several times a day. The access to the beach is excellent, the sea is close. The food is excellent: lots of vegetables and fruits. All anti-smoking measures are observed: masked personnel, temperature is regularly measured (always!before eating), surfaces are treated (tables , bar counters, etc.). The most important thing is that everyone is in a good mood!!! The staff is very smiling, always ready to help in any situation! The territory is the most gorgeous: whole gardens!!!!
Someone wrote here that coffee is served instant. that's not true!!! All coffee is only from coffee machines!!! Towels are always CLEAN!!! There is a lot of entertainment for children: a children's club, a disco, playgrounds (several). Come here!!!

At the moment we are resting in this hotel. Well, what can I say? We flew well, arrived, settled in. First of all, it's not good. They gave me a room on the top floor with a view of the neighboring hotel and the singing of the air conditioner around the clock and the smell of fried fish, and I will have to fall asleep only after the night disco of the neighboring hotel. The receptionist said that this is the quietest room. Attempts to change it were unsuccessful. They offered rooms with the same view on the first and third floors, the same noise of the air conditioner. How is it that supposedly all the rooms of such a large hotel are surrounded by condees. They know how to hang noodles well. But on the floor where we were settled, we did not see a single foreigner for 4 days. There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, well, you know..... From the good- the food is not bad, there is a lot of meat and fish, the beach is gorgeous, there are always places.

I want to leave a review about the hotel.
We had a rest in October of this year. The hotel is on the first line. The beach is very nice, sandy with a beautiful pier and excellent lifeguards. The territory of the hotel is huge, as it unites 5 and 4 star hotels. There are a lot of greenery, flowers, swings, hammocks, many walking paths and jogging paths on the territory.
Special praise to the chefs, the food is delicious and varied. We haven't been able to try everything in a week of rest. The staff is attentive, polite)))
It is convenient to make independent trips by dolmush from the hotel.
You can go to Alanya, Side old town, Antalya. Without overpaying the guides.
I only regret that the rest ended quickly.

I'll start in order. We came to this hotel spontaneously to visit friends. We have been to Turkey many times, but this is the first time in such a dump. The hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel. This is a hoax. It is not written anywhere, not on the sign at the entrance, not anywhere. Most likely, the license was simply purchased from the local municipality, i.e. the information on the Internet is not reliable. This is evidenced by the hotel's service.
Meal. Monotonous, everything fried is overcooked, in black oil, tasteless. Grilled fish is only the cheapest. There is nothing light, dietary, except empty buckwheat. No steamed meat, no fish. Tea bags, just poison. Chemistry and powder. Instant coffee, three in one. A five? Are you serious??? I'm not talking about alcohol at all. Drinking water from a local spill. Everyone had heartburn.
Beach. The hotel is located on the second line, behind two hotels of the same series, the Gold Coast and the Golden Elite.
This hotel does not have a single toilet on the beach!!! How is that even possible? You need to go to the toilet at a nearby hotel🙈 On the beach, the sun beds are the cheapest, without any mattresses. And that's 5 stars? A Buggy takes vacationers to the beach, for which you need to fight and this is at the very end of the season. Well, OK, we are not proud people, let's go for a walk.
Well, now the most interesting thing.
Attention for everyone!!! If you want to fuck yourself to death, then come to this hotel! Complete unsanitary conditions, dirty dishes, served as an infection of children with intestinal bacterial infection. My child, already old enough, was hospitalized and lay under ivs all day! Two more children were taken to the same hospital with me from this hotel. We have been to different hotels in Turkey and other countries. Travelers with experience and a good first aid kit for all occasions. Nothing helped, it's what kind of infection you have there. Dysentery? The management of the hotel simply does not care about everything that happens there.
Number. There's nothing there! Slippers, a bathrobe, thread with needles, a sign on the door about cleaning, a service schedule, tea, a kettle - all this is missing. The bar is also missing and they didn't even bring water. The room is cold, the floor is icy. Everything is broken, old, shabby. There was not enough hot water for everyone.
To say that we were so disappointed is simply not to say anything. Never, never and for no money do not go there!
I put one star in half for the landscaping (yes, it's old, dead, if it rains, the paths all sink, well, it looks good) and room cleaning.
After such a rest, rehabilitation is needed! That's it for me!

A decent hotel. 5 stars are well deserved. Great cuisine, sandy beach, pier,discos, show programs for children and adults every evening. The animators of the hotel are just cool, they did not let you get bored - constant games, contests. A nice spa complex where they do a relaxing massage. And the territory is beyond praise - cleanliness, flowers, an Aqua Park with 18 slides.
I highly recommend it.

VONRESORT Golden Beach holidays from 23.09 to 3.10.2020
Let's start from the beginning, the first impression was good, pleasant lobby, delicious latte, warm weather. Next, we go to breakfast and 20% of the entire distribution is working there, so many people are queuing and only 10 meters of distribution are working instead of 50 meters of distribution tables, 10 are working, it was just the beginning! Next, we go to the sea, everything is more or less well, neatly but there are few sun beds, we move on, we have lunch all the same, the kitchen is disgusting, you need to defend 20 people in front of you for vegetables, and you have to take everything in a row just to eat something. We go check into the bungalow, they gave us a family room on the second floor, everything is fine, there is a kitchen even where there is no fork, no cup or mug, nothing but a refrigerator with 3 half-liter bottles of water, a sink and an electric tile for 2 people.
We figured out the number, took some water from the refrigerator and it seemed to be rotten, we went and got a new one and also all the water in bottles of 0.5 liters, it's very inconvenient when you rest with a large family, all the water that was taken was with the same rotten taste, it was a fiasco I had to drink this water all 10 days, but first We had to get it, we had to take it every time at the bar in lobi or at the pool bar.
Next, the most unpleasant thing was that it was no more interesting than WiFi, it was something I had to run around the territory and catch a network. It was impossible to work, somehow it turned out to send messages to colleagues.
The one fattest plus is only the sea and the sandy beach.

A wonderful large hotel with good food, a wide sandy beach and an entrance to the sea. It's a long walk to the sea, but this is a minus for all hotels with a huge area. The hotel is expensive. Among the disadvantages, I would like to note very loud music on animation at lunch and in the evening after the show until almost 1 a.m. It's sad when you have children and you want to go to bed early so that you can get up at 6 or 7 o'clock in the morning and run to the sea, which is beautiful at this time of day. And the music screams and does not let you sleep!

We are currently staying at this hotel, we checked in on September 23, 2020. Coral Travel tour operator.
We were afraid to go after reading bad reviews... I can safely say that we were afraid in vain! Despite the pandemic, this hotel is just Great!!! Cleanliness is everywhere, everything is cleaned and processed. There are practically no queues in the restaurant, the food is delicious! Lots of fruits, pastries, sweets, a large selection of cheese (very tasty) coffee, tea - everything is great! We have room 4411 on the 4th floor, although I didn't find out which building it was. The room is clean, the climate control works perfectly! The sea is gorgeous and warm... I will write a more detailed review upon arrival!!! But now, I want to say Thank you to this hotel!!! I like everything!!! Many wrote that there is a bad attitude towards Russians, only attention to Turks... Don't believe it!!! Very polite staff!!! The second day of rest - and we are already completely delighted!!!

We have been vacationing since April 21, 2019, the water in the sea is +20, in outdoor pools it does not warm up much, but it is tolerable. There is a heated indoor pool in Costa! We swam in the water park closer to May, the water is refreshing! There is a children's menu! The food is very tasty and varied! The animation at the beginning of the season is only rocking, of course, we didn't find any special concerts. But the animators are doing well, they are obviously trying to rock the people!
