If it wasn't for the attitude of the staff, it would have been 2 stars. Very friendly and pleasant women. In general, the hotel is old, the rooms are cool, but it's a delicious breakfast at -25. The rooms are clean.

The hotel is old, the furniture and plumbing too. it was very cold in the rooms and in the hallway. The water has a specific smell. Of the advantages: this is a democratic price and very friendly staff in the person of the hostess Elena, who, despite the Spartan conditions, manages to neutralize the existing shortcomings with her attitude.
