This year, on 07/29/2023, we decided to come to the Oriental Fairy Tale once again for a good rest and celebrate the birthday of my little son, but the rest was spoiled by the administrator Nurik, who does not know how to talk and work with clients. From the very beginning, I explained the situation about the early call a month ago, to which I was answered by the administrator Julia, but later she wrote to me that she had quit. I want to note that until today we have been coming for 5 years in a row for various events, including the wedding, but this year I am 100% disappointed in the "Oriental Fairy Tale". As a result, I bought (since there were no other places) 4 islands and regretted it a hundred times. Ostrava is located near the toilet of the street and therefore it stank constantly. Going further, we saw the island 4 sign, where the children sat down to play UNO. A little later, Nurik comes up and starts kicking the children out, I approach him with a question, he begins to answer me rudely, "sit where you paid, you didn't pay for this island," sorry what??? When has it ever been seen to respond and say such words to a client???? I specially took a photo of the inscription "island 4" so that there would be no questions, especially since the children were just playing a game there!!!
In conclusion, I want to say that administrators like Nurik cannot hold this position, since this position requires skills and the ability to find a common language with clients.
In turn, we will no longer come to this institution and I will no longer advise my friends!
