Great. The staff is very friendly. Clear. Huge fresh breakfasts. Convenient location. The prices are adequate, we took two rooms 114 and 121. I really liked it. 121 with a twist :).

Clean, cozy, good breakfasts, air conditioning, TV, shower and toilet, slippers, towels, shampoo, soap are provided. The mattresses are hard, the linen is clean.

A new hotel. The location is on the 4th, but it is easy and cheap to get to any place by taxi. It is not far from the railway station (70-80 thousand sums). You need to put + 10 minutes for breakfast (they are prepared personally upon the arrival of guests). You won't overeat, but it will do for "refreshment") The staff is polite. Overall, it's good. There are power outages, but this is systemic. We saw an electric generator on the porch)).
